Meet with Lifestyle Educator (Week 1)

  • Discuss 3-day Diet Diary
  • Habits & Patterns around food and lifestyle
  • Motivational support to ensure you meet your health goals

Meet with Lifestyle Educator (Week 2)

  • Physical Fitness Test & Evaluation
  • Overview of complementary therapies
  • Factors for success

 Follow-Up visits (Weeds 2, 4, 6, 9, 12)

  •  Exercise Program Re-Design with Personal Trainer
  • 5 Follow-up visits with the Lifestyle Educator with
5 re-tests of body composition, height, weight, follow-up questionnaire
