Stef Miller

Stef Miller P.M.A. certified graduate of the Pilates Conservatory in Boulder, Colorado. Stef has a B.A. in psychology from Duke University, where she studied behavioral medicine and athletic performance enhancement. She has worked for Dr. Jim Loehr, world-renown performance psychologist and peak performance expert at his Orlando-based training center for professional and world-class athletes. Stef apprenticed under Master Teacher Pat Guyton and was instrumental in establishing Pat Guyton Pilates, Inc., a comprehensive Pilates studio in Boulder, Colorado. She has also attended the Ron Fletcher Pilates Program of Study.

As an avid outdoor athlete and as someone who has transcended her own injuries and debilitating illnesses, Stef draws upon her diverse background in the health sciences and the healing arts to help inspire others to move into a lifestyle of balance and health. She has studied alternative and complementary healing, trained at the Duke Center for Living, and has apprenticed under internationally respected healer, teacher and author, Jan Rupp, since 1999. Currently, Stef is collaborating with doctors from the NIH in an effort to better understand Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. In addition to her Pilates practice, trail running, kiteboarding, cycling, open-water swimming, telemark skiing and surfing imbue her life with healthful recreation.

At the Clinic, We Provide:

  • Integrative Medicine a general term for the practice of medicine that incorporates both holistic and conventional approaches to heal and prevent disease.  All of our doctors (MD, ND) are integrative medicine practitioners.
  • Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine including Herbal Medicine, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Tui Na (Chinese therapeutic massage), Medical Qi Gong, and Acupressure.
  • Chiropractic Care including gentle non-force adjustments, traditional adjustments, cranio sacral therapy, and Reiki (energy healing)
  • Naturopathic Medicine an integrative discipline combining conventional medical diagnosis with natural therapeutics including dietary and lifestyle counseling, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, homeopathy and bio-identical hormones.
  • Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork to heal, align and relax the body, including Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu, Thai, CranioSacral, Reiki, Reflexology, and Rolfing.
